Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags intact, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid or standard return shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been fully processed.
